I wish I could give no stars! MILITARY, VETERANS & EVERYONE BEWARE! I was a good tenant and paid my rent every month on time for the entire term of my lease. Terri Patterson never showed up to our final walk thru so I was sure to take video/pictures which now thanks to technology are time and location stamped. Do not trust this company to manage your property, especially if you expect to move out of town. You will eventually have to manage your property manager and lose a lot of time, money, and hair from stress. Terri and all the staff I have ever spoken to at this company rarely answer their phone, respond to emails, or return your calls. Once in maybe two months I can get her to text me more than once. When I do get to talk to someone, they don't have information for me or it's incomplete. I have no way of knowing if my money... read more
