If you need an evaluation for your child, look elsewhere. I paid twice as much as other offices since they were able to schedule me in right away before school started. However, it's been 3 months and I still don't have the final report.
Don't go here unless you enjoy rigid treatment plans which include filling out copious forms about your anxiety or other issues and paying out of pocket for everything, even if you have insurance. My therapist wanted me to fill out a form every time I felt anxiety and it ended up making me feel even more anxious because I did not want to have to relive the experience again to fill out the form, and then again during therapy.
