Monica hung up on me because I wasn’t getting thru the app fast enough and then when I got to the point to set the appt with the doctor I wanted (after 10min) Monica told me that provider wasn’t taking new patients. They’ve created numerous barriers to getting the care I called for and said I was the problem when I explained I don’t do what they do everyday and don’t know the rules.
