The doctor didn’t prescribe contact lenses, now I have to pay out of pocket to get a new prescription to get one. He should have prescribed the contact lenses regardless of if I need one or not if it was free for me.
I never post reviews, but Amy Grow, Optician at Shoreline, was amazing. She worked me in, even though she was clearly busy. She saw something confusing on my account and took the time to look into it. I asked her to coordinate a benefits issue and she was happy to do so and did so skillfully. She was very calm and patient, and really listened. 10/10 would recommend.
Time consuming to contact optical. Long long wait times. Long turn around. 3+ Weeks to get glasses
My mother in law has been going to this clinic for years. At her most recent visit, the prescription inexplicably drastically changed by 1.2! It was such a large change, when my mother in law went to order new glasses the store asked her if she had recently had eye surgery, because they didn't understand why her prescription would change so drastically. Had a great first appointment with Dr. Keo. Will return yearly for my eye exam! Office was very clean and the other staff were friendly. Highly recommend!
