My ent doctor doesn’t listen to my issues and my pain. Easy to write prescriptions and not even solving my issues. I have chronic sinus and had surgery and keep having infections after the surgery. Now I keep having repeat facial pain and inflammation. Y’all better find ENT somewhere else.

My daughter, who is 20, recently had her tonsils removed by Dr.Taliercio at Optum ENT (Everett Clinic). We chose this clinic because they were able to get us in quickly. Turns out the PA that treated her last time is no longer at the everett clinic. I asked for an appointment with someone else and was told "we don't treat nose bleeds". No looking at her previous records. No questions about her getting light headed with these bleeds - why yes she does. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with Skagi... read more

I don’t understand the 1 star reviews: this place has been in outstanding for me. Incredibly thorough when I had some ear issues after a bout with Covid, and since then I have regular ear cleaning appointments. The people working here are incredibly kind, they remember me at my regular appointments. I have had nothing but the best experiences here.
