My experience has been solely with Dr. Iyre. Don't see this doctor, as if give 0 stars if I could. Long story long, I moved an hour away and wasn't able to see a new dermatologist for 4+ months due to establishing new care. Because of this, I went to see Dr. Iyre after quality care for my acne the year prior. I randomly get deep razor like cuts on my body and no ER or urgent care knows what's going on. Not sure why there's so much hate against this place. Tried it out, got brought back at my appointment time, Dr listened to my concerns, and I was on my way just like any other clinic.
I’ve been to this clinic twice with family members. Each time, check in was fast, the staff were excellent and the wait times were minimal.
I was scheduled for a 14:15 appointment with Dr. Ier. I checked in at 14:05. It’s now 15:05, and still no doctor in the consultation room. She is not a surgeon. She is a dermatologist. The fact that they have me in the consultation room waiting an hour is unacceptable. They would’ve canceled my appointment if I had been an hour late.
clinic staff is very incompetent and front desk staff is so rude. They were slow to check us in and kept us waiting for a long time. After we waited 30 mins, When asked about how much longer the wait would be, they said that we were late so we lost our spot. I will avoid this place like the plague and take my business to Evergreen which is a much more patient friendly place.
