We’ve really enjoyed living at The Everett. The property is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and the office staff has always been kind and responsive. A special thank you to Miguel from the maintenance team. He has helped us many times, and every experience has been excellent. My wife and I have toured a lot of apartment communities, and The Everett was the easiest decision I’ve made. Dallas and Cole were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Great people, great property, and an overall outstanding experience.

The pool and gym are genuinely nice. I'll give them that. What they won't advertise, however, is that come summertime, dead cockroaches pile up and nobody cleans them. Emails to management about it? Unanswered. Then there's Sara, the property manager. I'll let her track record speak for itself, she disrespected one of my guests and never acknowledged it, let alone apologized.
