They called me the morning of my party(11am) to tell me the hot dog cart was broken. After telling them my party (that started at 1pm) was based around the cart they claimed to fix it and brought it to the party anyway. The cart turned on and stopped before the event even really started. On top of that it was so beat up. The bounce house was filthy!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They did nothing to even accommodate me for their poor business!
It was IMPOSSIBLE to schedule delivery of my items for this event with their staff, they rescheduled on me TWICE & my event was approaching so this freaked me out. One of their staff members even turned off his phone when I tried to contact him directly, as if I was annoying him. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Then, when they finally delivered the items, they left them outdoor in the rain & I had to wipe them all down before my event...& they didn't contact me prior to delivering the items so I can let them come inside t... read more
I was very disappointed. I rented a movie projector for my daughter's birthday party. I purchased a blue-ray movie for the event & the installer did not tell me the equipment did not play blue-ray. I was not able to play the movie & had to dig up an old dvd. When I called them, they were of no help at all, guy even said "mam, lots of people still use dvds" At the prices they charge, they should use better equipment.
