TLDR; Dealing with them during covid sucks, not understanding or easy to work with, lack of transparency, additional fees, bad customer service, lost hundreds and potentially thousands of dollars. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING/EVENT RUINED! They will make promises they have no intention of keeping and then gaslight you, trying to make it seem like they’re doing you a favor by ruining your life and treating you terribly.
