Have been here since 2012 Most things are good, the maintenance staff works hard but they need more help. The cleaning of the halls and elevators and public areas are not kept up as well as they used to be. The T being close and the areas for shopping are close and make the area great for those who don't have a car.
My daughter lives here and loves it! Walking distance to the Mall, the and many others shops and restaurants!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE. Since moving here we have been completely unhappy with our time here and it’s going more and more downhill over time with new management. Whatever rent you agree to it’s more, the parking is atrocious, you can hear everything in the hallway and above you, elevators always have something broken, mail theft problem, doors are usually left open or locks broke to the building, there’s always something always wrong or broken with the apartment, barely any snow maintenance, floor boards coming up since the day we... read more
Back to give another review and I am utterly disappointed with this place. It is lease renewal time and we don’t have the money to move but definitely want to. We sign the lease and all of the sudden we are short for the 3 times the rent you have to make to live here. Ok, yesterday there was now a 10 day notice to vacate premises on the door or email, whatever. Have no problem paying rent and so on and so forth but it’s straight to basically get out.
