Love everything about this place great people and great staff been here for the better part of ten years
Absolutely loved my apartment at Evalee. Community events were so fun and the amenities were always well maintained. Super close to everything but having the T to the city was great. Ashton was literally the best, she really made this place feel like home and made it into a community.
EVALEE'S apartments is awesome!!!great locations, quite peaceful place. Specially has great offers for new renters. I highly recommend it.
Ok, first of all I would probably give zero stars if that was an option, here is why. My mother in law lived here for almost two decades. She is 83 year old widow. She recently moved out about a month ago. Her rent was raised quit often. This place is not taken care of at all. My floor, building, elevators and especially outside looks like trash lives here. I have never had a certain pest problem in all my life and she had certain bug traps all over. I did not see them until I moved there and saw them in my friends apartment... read more
We have lived here for almost a year so far. Overall, the staff is very nice and easy to reach. Maintenance is prompt with service requests. My only concern is the parking situation. My wife has a disability, and she has a handicap placard for our car. Problem is after around 8 PM every night, if you aren't parked it is VERY difficult to find a parking space that isn't in the paid garage. What is especially troubling is that the handicap spaces are often used by people without placards or plates, and they aren't enforcing it... read more
