I have been living here for a year and for the last 12 months I have had problems with water leaks in one of our pipes in our garage. They have not resolved it and therefore it increased our gas bill, I have tried to want them to help me but they never help me, my bills are high every month and his solution was a $25 gift card. Originally I was very optimistic about living in this community, however the reality is very dissapointing. For starters, the floor plan that I have for a two bed room apartment has absolutely no natural light in the main living areas. My bed room gets plenty of sun however the living room is constantly dark. The gym that they have here is very subpar, with limited work out options and constant children coming in and treating it as a playground. I wish I could give this place a Zero review After living here for 3 years. The Office has bad leasing agents very poor managements and poor customer service quality skills, Also they Don’t care about how they represent themselfs and don’t behave anywhere near anything like a leasing agents phones don’t get answered ,makes moving in process difficult as if they are beginners or new to the Job, Doesn’t give good Vibes at all Living here was a hectic Don’t let them give you Sweet tours wait till you start the moving process th... read more
Uses oven past 350 “FIRE FIRE” just uses an air fryer “FIRE FIRE” sneezes a little too hard “FIRE FIRE” its insane!!! it’s going to cause a real fire because everyone is desensitized to it!!! Don’t get me started on the other “free on Craigslist” appliances they have.
