I’ve been living at Cougar Estates for the past three and a half years, and it’s honestly been the longest I’ve stayed anywhere, which says a lot. The community itself is a bit of a hidden gem. It’s quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful nature, with easy access to trails you can walk to right from your door. Zack is the best handyman onsite! Upon moving he fixed for us everything we wanted so fast. later on, he replaced our dishwasher. He is polite, professional and easy to work with. In general, this is a great apartment building to live in, And especially thanks to high-quality maintenance guys like Zack.
Maintenance came quickly and everything was taken care of efficiently and courteously.
Not a resident but a prospective resident. Martina was wonderful and met with my fiance and I virtually during the process of apartment hunting. We were not in Washington but she was able to provide us with great virtual tours and was prompt when reaching out when new apartments became available! Thanks for the help!
