I just rented an apartment here and have been very impressed! I toured on a Tuesday, applied late Thursday night and was able to get keys on Friday. I had to move unexpectedly and very quickly and they were so accommodating. Jessie was fantastic getting everything finalized and even helping me move my plants up as we waited for my lease. Chris stayed late to ensure I was able to get keys late Friday night with such help and support. I very stressful situation was made 100% better with Jessie and Chris’ help. Thank you!
Overall, as a resident of several years, I like the complex but I'm unhappy with the direction things have gone and are trending. I do like the neighborhood and neighbors but I would not recommend to friends Pros: - Nice neighbors and neighborhood - Good experiences with maintenance Cons: - Very expensive - Major changes made without consulting community or offering alternatives (forced on to Bilt, increasing fees for package system, reduced parking availability etc)
