The maintenance staff is always top-notched. Diego came to install a new toilet as my old one kept overflowing. Diego was very respectful , professional and kind. And more than anything, he got the job done! Thanks to our wonderful Maintenance Manager for bringing in such amazing talent and always making each resident feel like family. We are all so lucky to live in a beautiful community at The Estates at Cougar Mountain.

I scheduled a self-guided tour, but although the visit showed as scheduled in the system, it did not appear on Tour24. I was waiting all morning with my two young kids, which was extremely stressful and frustrating, especially with school timing. Thankfully, the service manager, Mariah, truly saved the day. Even though she was in the middle of a meeting, she took the time to come out, talk with us, and personally show us multiple properties. First of all, thank you for helping me with the moving process. From the papers needing to be signed, the apps, the whole process. The Estates of Cougar was with me. I moved in at The Estates of Cougar and it was very nice, smooth and professional. Their management team and staff are very approachable and understanding. I had not rented in years but now divorced and moving to a different stage of life has been something new. Thank you so much for being with me all the way through the process.
