Travis provided excellent service when repairing our washing machine and dryer. He was very professional, patient with all of our questions and concerns, and completed the work quickly and on time after we submitted the request. The quality of his work was outstanding, and we really appreciate his help. Highly recommend!
I lived here for three years and experienced multiple serious issues that management never resolved. Cannot recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance Problems: Heating never worked properly - no heat during winter months Refrigerator broke and flooded our room. Bathroom electrical outlets never functioned from day one. Maintenance themselves were great, but these issues still persisted. I can't say enough about the staff and the quiet tranquil community. Having recently sold my house of 20 years it was difficult touring local rental places for this transitional period of my life. So many rentals in the area were not well kept, not updated and in disrepair. Between Jesse, the maintenance team and the pristine condition my townhouse was when I moved in I can't recommend them enough. They have been kind, response and very wonderful to work with. Thank you for making my place feel like home!
