Firstly, I have lived in probably 12 complexes during my life and I can tell you without a doubt, the ECM Maintenance team is the GOLD standard!! They respond and fix things quickly and always find a solution the problem. Secondly, the complex is nestled within nature which is so peaceful to live in. The maintenance team is one of the best parts of living at the ECM because they respond really quickly and can fix just about anything. In particular, Diego is extremely efficient, professional, and helpful. We messaged him on the portal in the morning that our fridge door was broken, and he replaced it in less than a few hours. He even took his shoes off at the door to our apartment without us asking and asked if we needed help with anything else before leaving.
Diego always does repairs quickly and effectively. He’s also friendly and professional. He fixed our toilet, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Thanks Diego!
