Where to start... I moved into a dirty apartment with hosed walls. Not filthy dirty, but I had to wipe things own and remove some stains that were left (nail polish remover works wonders). The walls? They were not even freshly painted, and the walls had huge, messy patches in them that stuck out like a sore thumb... so far, not so good.
