The amount of things that went wrong with this project were all from bad management. Brad came out gave us an estimate and was very professional. We were handed off to Mike the project manager. Brad and Mike assured us they would protect our property. The first time I came home to no drop cloths I sent Mike a message, I continued weekly. I ended up buying my own. I recommend Gerry Pacella, The Concrete Chiropractor, of The Essex Group. We recently renovated our backyard pool and in the process needed some repairs done to the concrete pool deck. The Essex Group arrived on time as scheduled, did great work and very efficiently, left everything neat and clean at the end of the job, and came in right on budget. Great communication with Gerry throughout by phone and email. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends.
