After living here for 3 years, I've had a good idea of what it's like living at The Esplanade. During my time here I have been under 3 different managers, they are not all created equal. Whenever there needs to be a work order it is addressed in a timely manner. The common areas are clean, the gentleman who cleans the property is a very nice man who does the best he can each morning. While apartment hunting, I checked out The Esplanade as an afterthought and I was very glad that I did! The loft apartment that was shown had been completely remodeled and it was exactly what I was looking for. Anthony, the building manager, gave me a tour and was able to offer the apartment at a very fair price. His management plans for the apartment complex also add to its desirability. He works hard and his customer service skills are an excellent pairing or service and stewardship.

My experience living here, so far it's an amazing place to live. It's so peaceful and quite, clean, organized and very friendly neighbors. Manager Anthony is very helpful and responsive with my concerns and explained everything in details. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking.

I recently inquired about renting an apartment at The Esplanade. I was very impressed with it, and hearing the property manager, Anthony, share changes that have been done to better the building and his vision for the apartment complex. Anthony was responsive and helpful. I decided not to rent there because I wanted to live closer to the City of LA.
