Eric is great. There is a reason he has such a good reputation. We bought our new house first and sold later. Eric was exactly what we needed on both sides.He did an awesome job communicating with us along the way providing recommendations and insight from experience. I loved the way he was professional and responsive to all our questions. I was really impressed with the manner in which he marketed and eventually sold our old house; faster than I could have imagined. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with Eric.

This guy spents 6 months of Sundays for hours with my wife and I. It felt like we looked at over 100 houses with him but he never lost patience with us and never stopped trying unil he found us the perfect house
Met Eric when he was the buyers agent when i sold my house a few months ago...even though he wasnt my agent he was twice as helpful throughout the process than my own agent. We were so pleased that we called him up to help us buy a new place. Just closed on our new place and it went smooth despite a ton of issues. Communication is awesome. great guy and great agent
