It is extremely difficult to reach them by phone. They have multiple contact numbers, none of which are reliably answered. On the rare occasion that someone does pick up—often after numerous attempts—the interaction tends to be unhelpful and rude.

I am currently a resident of the harriet. If you're thinking of moving here do not. The management here and at regional is not good. I first moved here last year around winter time. At the time I had an issue with the windows and I told the management. They tried things here and there like adding foam but it wasn't placed at the correct places therefore did nothing for the windows. I suggested they add plastic and gave them videos and pictures showing them about it. They eventually after reminding them multiple times started... read more

ROACHES …… I moved in this past July and have never had roaches before in my life! When I first mentioned seeing an adult roach to the leasing office, the agent dismissively said, “I’ve been here three years and we’ve never had roaches.” They scheduled an exterminator, but the lack of empathy was disappointing. Electricity bil... read more

The building is clean and the price for RENT is reasonable. However parking is a struggle. All of the closest parking garages are full. If you feel like going on a long walk everyday to get to and from your car then you won’t have a problem with this place. That will also add about $200 to your monthly bills for this apartment. I live by myself I work full time and I’m in school full time so I’m only home to shower and sleep. But my electric and water bill resembles someone with 3 bedrooms and 4 people living with them. My e... read more

Finding housing from out of state can often be a daunting process, but Lachon from the leasing office made the entire experience incredibly straightforward and manageable. She was friendly, professional, and deeply knowledgeable about both The Harriet Apartments and the surrounding area. She was attentive to every question I had and consistently followed through on all her commitments. It’s clear she truly cares about helping people find the right fit. I’m grateful for her support throughout this process!
