Due to having asthma issues whenever I was at the apartments I had to get a medical letter toget out of my lease and move. I wasn't even there a month. I definitely wasn't moved in and living there at all. I only had small things moved in when the asthma started. I never had anything in my fridge. But when they let me out of the lease due to Nevada law they charged me for a crazy prorated amount and then for crisper drawer replacement. Which is funny because I never opened the fridge. New renter here and so far my family and I loving it. Pros: area is close to groceries, restos and parks and is walkable, the move in with Saily and Rick were great and they answered all of my questions, routine maintenance issues were addressed within 2 business days and the maintenance guys were very professional and courteous too, 24/7 gym access. 1 con is the pools are always in maintenance, hopefully they will be able to open the 2 pools soon so we can enjoy it more since it’s currently summer.
All Events @ This Location Are Stellar Awesome & Much Appreciated. One Can't Ask For A Better Community Than This, The Staff Here Are Always So Helpful & Nice. Clean Property & The Amenities Are Unbelievable. We Are Super Glad To Have Chosen This Residence. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
10/10 moving experience! First time renter and Saily gave me a tour. I was immediately impressed and so excited about the complex simply because of the Saily’s enthusiasm to show me around and really explain all the amenities in depth (you’d think that’s normal but I toured 3 other apartments and that was NOT the energy they gave) every time I had questions the office staff was so great with responding and giving me all the information I needed and made me feel that much more secure about moving here.
