I had an amazing experience at this cheese-making workshop in Sonoma. I joined after a friend recommended it, and it exceeded all my expectations. Because the class was small that day (and another couple couldn’t make it), the instructors still held the session just for me, which turned into a very personalized, in-depth learning experience. A great add on activity in between wine tastings! We booked this cheese making class and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was laid out and planned. They served wine and non-alcoholic drinks. The facility is clean and nice. Has a bathroom for guests. Ben was excellent at explaining and providing instructions without being overbearing or too vague. Extremely informative and enjoyable cheese making class. Bonus lesson in making butter. Ben was a great teacher and very friendly. Would highly recommend if you have any interest in making things yourself.
A friend and I recently attended the ricotta- and butter-making class, and it was absolutely delightful! Ben & Sheana brought so much earnest enthusiasm to the class. They were incredibly personable, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, regardless of their prior experience.
