When I first started shopping here I could walk out the door with an ounce for $90 with member's pricing. Now, it's $70 a half and if you opt-out of their advertising you can't see how many points you've accumulated. Selection is poor and far too often I had to settle. The employees don't really seem to care anymore - the good ones left. I left too and won't be back. Far too many dispensaries in this area to settle.
Customer service was comfortable and helpful. Nice place. I'll be back.
Turned me away at the door at the Fountain location because the edge of the piece of paper my card is printed on was cut, and they believe that was non-compliant. I had to shop elsewhere and will now continue to do so. After seeking further information, the law is clear. The name, number and seal are all legible and the card itself has not been modified in any way. the paper around the printed card was cut, but the card itself was perfectly well intact and legible. The Epic Remedy will no longer be growing members plants, instead they will be buying their plants from the state of Colorado. They will no longer have member benefits since they wont be growing member plants. They no longer will have 2 gram shake bags, and the prices will more than likely go up. They have a point system in place instead but there is no benefit to being a member with this place anymore.
