Good neighborhood
We just finished a fabulous tour of the Epic at Gateway Center, an amazing rental property in beautiful Pinellas County. Our Leasing Agent Zach Raso was knowledgeable, informative, personable and honest in sharing formation about The Epic. We will be following through shortly to begin the application process. I seriously can’t wait to live there.
After living in Epic for four months, my wife and I can confidently say we're very happy with our decision to move here. While there were some initial growing pains, the overall experience has been wonderful. The maintenance team deserves special recognition - they are extremely efficient, friendly, and professional.
