Loved living here the last 2 years! The amenities are great & the staff (Zach & Vanessa) were very helpful when I needed to transfer my lease to a sister property. There’s a hot tub, sauna, movie theater, gym, cool, dog park, and walking trail. It’s the perfect place to live if you want to be close to DTSP (13 minutes) or the Tampa airport. They also do bingo and quarterly giveaways for the residents. The maintenance men are also great. lol I lived here 10 years ago it was brand new it was awesome then it wasn’t…all the people that were in the office and Maintenance left after a year…..I see the reviews haven’t changed at least the real ones. The price is insane I lived in the 2x2 bed and bath only paid $1,400…i can’t see why the price now is well over $2,000…..it’s definitely not worth the aggravation….

Not one to leave a review, but I would’ve wanted an honest review as I was applying because the process is very hectic on its own . Management is very aggressive. Initially, I had placed a deposit to secure the current price until my papers are in order. However, 5 days later I was told that the offer is revoked (isn’t that what I paid the 500 for?)
