This is an excellent community, in which we feel safe and surrounded by people who wants to maintain a nice quality of life. The community amenities are excellent, in which you can exercise and relax well within the community gates. The staff is very nice, always very professional and with great communication. I have been here for almost 3 years and have always been a great experience.
I don’t actually live here, but I’m a dog walker, and I was at one point looking for a place to live in the area. If I were looking for a place to live, I would actually consider this place! I was just walking a set of dogs for a resident here and the maintenance guy. Kindly told me that they were closing the dog park for a couple of hours because they were Fixing it up and installing new amenities for the dog park. Been at the Epic for 10 years. Over the years management has become totally complacent in getting things done. The property is not worth the price they charge at all. There are many other properties that are newer and more interested in accommodating their tenants. The only reason I’ve stayed is location to work otherwise I would be long gone.
Zachary is the best guy to explain things. Very professional and knowledgeable on every question we had. Nice guy I see him as a Manager @ The Epic At Gateway.
We were displaced due to Hurricane Milton and had to find a new place asap. This was one of the first apartments I toured and I am very happy with our choice. Alli at the leasing office was a big help for us and made our experience very smooth despite the chaos we were experiencing. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in what was a very stressful time for us. I am very happy with our new apartment and excited to be apart of this new community.
