Ruined my friends wedding without a response or care.
Hired for a wedding-They ruined our entrance and first dance, charged for extras but hardly provided. We paid for spotlight entrance, didnt get that as well the fog machine barely worked. None of our playlist was used. We spent lots of money and time on our dance,entrance and playlist all for nothing. I was initially really pleased when I booked these guys as they were on the vendor list for the Ajax Convention Centre (should have been a red flag right there and then) I just got married in April and unfortunately used these guys. If you want to have the day your way, AVOID THEM. They completely ruined my wedding. There is no communication from them, I tried to get in contact and they blew me off over and over again.
