What a great experience. Had a meeting with David Vis. He took his time and explained everything I needed to know about the products I was buying. The whole staff was welcoming and polite. Show room was immaculate and there were many options available. There is something to be said about being to touch the product and not just look at it in a magazine. Highly recommend if your in the market for plumbing fixtures.
The Ensuite Bath and Kitchen Showroom has a great selection of items to choose from. We are a contractor in the K-W region and dealing with Mike, David and Tarah was great for us and our clients. Answered all questions we had and shipping rough ins separately from when we were ready to do final installation was great to manage our job without anything getting lost. Will continue to get our fixtures here and recommend our clients.
