The best in town, and not just for tankless water heaters. Shad has installed a Navien tankless water heater for us, moved and serviced an existing tankless, reattached radiators, serviced our heating boiler, and added a magnetic cleaning system. I wouldn't use anyone else - definitely call him if another company tells you something isn't fixable.
I first contacted Shad in October to properly install my tankless water heater. At first, he told me I installed my tankless heater "100% incorrect" and "You'll kill your whole family". After hearing this, I assumed he would install my water heater correctly. Cut to December. I message him again about installing my water heater (I paid him half in October). A good Service Contractor will get the job done in the manner and timeline promised. A great one will do that and more when things dont go as planned. Shad is among "The greats". Our home, on a well system, came with some particular challenges that negatively impacted the results we experienced with Shads replacement of our old system. Highly recommend. I wish I had had Shad INSTALL my Navien tankless water heater. I had my tankless water installed a year ago. When it came time for annual maintenance, the plumbing company that installed it informed me that they did not do maintenance. They referred me to someone else - who was late for one appointment and didn't bring everything he needed. Then he didn't show up for the other two appointments I set up.
