Awful. That was the best word I could think of to describe my experience with Susan. My fiance's mother and sister flew all the way from Maryland to help plan our wedding. Because of the cost of such a trip we knew this would be her only opportunity to help her daughter plan her special day. I should also mention that she made this long trip despite suffering from MS. I have been using Susan's exceptional floral designs for 5 years now for all of my personal and business needs. No matter what the occasion, Susan and her excellent staff have the ability to create arraingements that are truly artistic and unique. If you demand something from a florist, and I hesitate to use this term for they are really artists using flowers as a pallet, then the only person to call is Susan!
