i also got my motor rebuilt there and they did not warranty my motor. they told me they dont warranty the block. they also told me there is a new owner that is not fixing the old owners problems. dont know if this is true but they are going by "engine pro's" and wont honor there warranty and i have the receipt that proves it. now i am out a car and $2,000. dont waste your time and money here. they are nice when they take your money then good screw afterwards
I took my 2005 Explorer there last year to rebuild the engine after it sucked a valve and Ford would not fix it. Jesse is the owner is a good individual, the lady in the office (I keep forgetting her name) is nice also. The cost to rebuild the engine was good. The service was great. I just found an issue with the engine, I took it back for work under warranty and I had lost my receipt. They had their copy and honored my warranty and guarantee and fixed it with no issues!
