Love it! Classes are great! Everyone is friendly and nice.
Absolutely love this place! I unfortunately had to switch to planet fitness for a couple of months and hated it there... way too judgemental there and they didn't have any barbell equipment! I like the atmosphere of the energy club, and recommend it to anyone, at any level of fitness, and people from all walks of life. Great staff, great equipment, and it's just an overall good gym.
Very family friendly! I don't ever feel intimidated in the main weight room. Regulars are all very nice.
