Just signed up for a 6 month membership and the gym is very nice! Lots of access to machines and I look forward to losing some weight with Energy Club! Also excited to try out some of the classes they have.

The trainers and classes are fantastic. And classes, interval training, tabata, yoga, Pilates, spin class, you mane it, they’ve got it! Mrs Kristy takes excellent care of the kids and mine always love going to see her! Even during peak times you can always workout without worrying you won’t have access to equipment you need. Everyone is friendly. Don’t forget about racquetball, the indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzis, the women’s only area, and the access to videos if you can’t make the class times ;)
They have upgraded the inside. It is very friendly place.
Great facility with an array of activities. Local family ownership and management provide a wholesome atmosphere and genuine customer service! I recommend highly.
