Energy Barre has everything you want in a studio. With so much depth and range between the classes, there’s something for everyone. EB welcomes newbies and veterans alike. Each class is guaranteed to challenge me whether my focus is to build strength, flexibility, stability or just sweat it out. Some of my fav classes are Sweat, Yoga Sculpt and Hot Pilates. I Energy Barre.
Love this studio. Every instructor provides energetic and challenging classes. I'm only here in the summer but its my go to place when I'm here in Beverly.
I was afraid to start hot Pilates. Was I too out of shape? Could I tolerate the heat? Would I be too embarrassed? I couldn't have ben more wrong. The class was AMAZING! Lia was an absolute RockStar. She made me feel confident and comfortable. Lia made sure all her students understood the exercises, moving around the room to demonstrate, offering nothing but encouragement and clarity. The room temperature was very comfortable. The people were great. I cannot recommend it strongly enough!
Great little studio, it has a cozy vibe because it’s dim lit and has twinkling lights. They have a wide variety of classes like yoga, barre, Pilates. Convenient 45 min classes. Great location close to downtown Beverly
