I was extremely impressed with the excellent service and professionalism of the Endodontic Group! I was referred here for a root canal by my general dentist as it had to be done by drilling through my crown. Dr. Isaac is very caring, put me at ease during the procedure indicating what he was doing at each step, and spoke with me afterwards. I am a person with extreme dental anxiety. I required a root canal and had few options. With a reference from my sister and my son, I chose The Endodontic Group - I was treated with the greatest of respect and understanding for my anxiety. However I can tell you there was NO PAIN!! All the stress I felt was in my head. Although I am still working on that part. I would never hesitate to go to The Endodontic Group in future. Thank you for your kindness and care.
I cannot highly recommend this clinic enough. From Lisa at the front desk, to Sanzita, Dr. Ananthan and Zala, I cannot have asked for a more professional and amazing experience. I was undergoing serious tooth pain and I initially went in for a consultation. They explained everything clearly, got me in for a root canal and in under an hour, I was out and pain free. Had a consultation with Dr Joshua Ananthan (sp?). He was energetic and professional. His plan was simple and outlined the risks. Receptionist Lisa was also helpful in getting in contact withy doctor for clearance. The clinic is nice and clean. If your dentist can't fix it, these guys probably can.
Dr. Isaac is the best!!!!! After a tooth was fixed and weeks of pain, an old root canal was suspected as the issue and it was confirmed. Throughout the procedure he explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I immediately started to feel better and a few tears escaped from relief. I cannot express how grateful I was for his understanding, calm demeanor, and encouragement along with the Dental Assistant.
