We were genuinely excited to tour Encore by Windsor because we have several friends who lived there for years and always had great things to say about the community. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. When we called to schedule a tour, we were encouraged to submit an application before even seeing the apartment because we were told it would hold the unit for us being that 2nd floor unit “go quick”. Honestly I’ve lived all around Atlanta and by far this is the best management and maintenance team I’ve ever ran across. Every issue I’ve ever had they were happy and super friendly to assist me and also didn’t stop until it was resolved. They act like your problem is theirs also. Shoutout to Teaira, Jordan, James, and Cedric they are really like the all star team.
Sean was absolutely amazing throughout my apartment search process! He helped me and my family find the perfect apartment/townhome and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. The property manager at my complex is honestly terrible. A good property manager can make living somewhere feel peaceful and stress free but a bad one can make it feel like hell. Nothing ever seems to get handled properly. Ms. Jackson always has excuses for why things don’t get done then turns around nd claims they were handled or says she took care of them when she didn’t. She’s never in her office, and every time I try to speak with her I’m told she’s “in a meeting.” It's like talking to a wall
I lived at this community for 5 years when I first moved to Atlanta and absolutely loved it. The location was great, my apartment was well appointed with lots of space (note floor plan with den made for a great WFH space), and the rooftop was just an amazing place to be - and the gym was nice. I only moved because I ended up buying a house.
