You have to walk a MILLION MILES ATO GET OUT of this complex ! Every door is a never ending cycle of getting out or have a locked gate !!!
Do not move into unit 15079. The location of this unit is right next to a trash room. During warm weather the unit is infested with flies. See attached photos.
I am disappointed with the condition of this community. The hallways are not being cleaned consistently, and some residents leave trash outside their apartments from Friday through Sunday, creating an unpleasant environment. The ongoing trash problem has also led to concerns about roaches in the building. Management needs to do a better job of keeping the property clean and enforcing community rules regarding trash disposal. We were genuinely excited to tour Encore by Windsor because we have several friends who lived there for years and always had great things to say about the community. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. When we called to schedule a tour, we were encouraged to submit an application before even seeing the apartment because we were told it would hold the unit for us being that 2nd floor unit “go quick”.
