My tour was great! Windie was very knowledgeable & made my tour VERY pleasant and enjoyable. Windie emailed me my quotes for my rates to be locked in, which was so amazing! I definitely recommend touring with her! I will be applying to this community today. Everything was so well kept.
My fiancé and I moved here in November and the apartment was clean and prepped for us. The maintenance team is incredible, they’re here either the same day or day after any service request is filed and are always kind and professional! The management team is also very responsive and kind to any request, question, or concern. If you’re looking to move to the Cumberland/Battery area, I recommend!
I just moved into the complex and it has been wonderful! Move in was very easy, and the unit is comfortable and quiet. The office staff has been fantastic to deal with and they’ve been tremendously supportive and available. I am 100% happy with my decision to move to Windsor Encore!!
been a resident of the Encore for quite some time now and have witnessed numerous management changes. However, the current management team has made significant strides. Teaira stands out as the exceptional Resident Service Manager. She consistently demonstrates a genuine commitment to supporting the residents. Her patience, consideration, and extensive knowledge are truly commendable.
Azzaria and Teandre did a phenomenal job with showing me kindness , answering all of my questions and making sure that I felt comfortable with making the decision to move here. They’re both extremely knowledgeable, understanding and diligent in their practices and gave me a 5 star experience with every call and tour. Their customer service made an enormous impact on my decision to move here! I’m excited about the opportunity to live here! Thank you!
