Living at the Enclave Apartments in Silver Spring MD has been the biggest headache of my life for far too long now we moved in October 2018 and it is now December 2020 and not much has changed for the good things only continue to go downhill. The one thing this property is consistent on is the BS that they constantly provide to its residents. Cheaper for a reason! Read the reviews, pay attention when you visit, do your own research! You will thank the reviewers! This place is a Silver Spring Ghetto ! We canceled the lease with one day before move in because the apartment was disgusting. Feces in the toilet, rat peen and poop in the kitchen ( on a 19th floor apartment). 30 days later still no refund. Covid-19? No one cares here. Elevators are packed ( forget 6 feet social distance).
