This place got worse to many break-ins on every one's vehicle and garage
paid 3400 in rent. I was allowed to stay and re sign but I couldn't downgrade to a 1 bed " I didnt qualify" makes no sense.
A very home neighborhood feel and well maintained.
Stay away. This place has gone downhill the past few years. The Irvine Company has really let this place go compared to what it was 4-5 years ago. Rent has skyrocketed but at the same time they accept section 8 vouchers. They have worked hard to make the outside of the property look amazing while letting the stuff that actually matters to us residents go.
