They have nice apartments, but are super anal, and will make up ways to take 100% of your deposit. They also dont let you leave month to month without a hassle, making up illegal excuses. Also stuff gets stolen regularly, even though it seems safe. The office doesn't care
The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance and front office staff are friendly and helpful. Every place is going to have its quirks - some of the buildings do not have cell phone reception no matter who your carrier is and you are reliant on your Wi-Fi for cell phone access. However, overall this is a very pleasant community with a great staff.
