Oscar did a great job unclogging our sink today!
Though the apartment was slightly dirty and needed repairs or maintenance, the community representatives that managed my check-in on Sunday were excellent. Big shout out to Jillian, who was awesome. She took me to my apartment, offered great recommendations and showed me around the facilities and the community, and explained it well. In addition, shout out to Jorge, who also took good care of the necessary repairs and maintenance the apartment needed. All in all, a pretty good welcome to Costa Mesa.
Oscar is wonderful! He pays close attention to every detail and make sure everything is done correctly. We truly appreciate his hard work and excellent service!
There are two maintenance men at The Enclave that are gems: Steven and George.
Oscar was very nice and professional and helped me through my maintenance request in a timely manner.
