Where's the zero stars option? I have some family members living here right now whose ceiling partially collapsed in the living room. That process was a nightmare. Then shortly after that was fixed a leak developed in the bathroom. There was water dropping from the light in the ceiling! I would never consider living here.Â
Nice apartment stayed here for 3 years no problemÂ
The worst and laziest management ever. If you don't want to wait for one and half month to be able to use your closet and other appliances after you moved in, and wait from Friday to Monday to get your heater fixed in a freezing winter, don't live there. My neighbors also experienced similar things, like her frig was broken when she moved in, and she waited forever to get a new one, so she bought herself a fridge. Never live there.Â
The new owners (north star group or something like that) do not take maintenance very seriously. The boiler serving my apt and several others has been out for days. It routinely takes them days-weeks to respond to even the simplest requests and the office staff never has a clue what is going on and can be exceptionally rude. I would leave sooner but their break lease contract is only slightly better in terms than if you were a prisoner trying to get early parole, only to have it delayed 3 months while they re-exam the eviden... read more
