I am writing this review on behalf of my son and his two friends who rented for one year at the Enclave at Huntington Woods. Overall they were satisfied with their experience and apartment while renting. The biggest issue was being charged $823 for the carpet replacement after lease was up. Several darkened stains and patterns in the carpet were present at the time of move in. My son took several pictures, and the stains were very clearly there.
