If you want a pool this place is NOT FOR YOU! It’s mid June and the pool is not open with no sign of it opening soon (it’s Iowa in the summer this is unacceptable). The ladies at the front desk serve a customer friendly face, but are very passive aggressive. Any concern or question you bring up will be immediately shot down defensively. I have had several interactions about our apartment, and I have left all of them in disappointment. which is disrespectful and an affront to myself.
These apartments have been a breath of fresh air compared to the last complex I lived in. Staff is wonderful and kind, the property is well maintained and beautiful and I love it here. Can’t wait for the pool to open to spend some time out in the sun and meet some of the other residents!
