If I could do no stars I definitely would. I had no AC for 3 whole months. The maintenance guys came in multiple times and did absolutely nothing to fix the unit and then proceeded to put in a broken unit from the storage. The assistant manager told me I would have to pay for 3 extra months of rent after my lease even though they did nothing for me. She also tried to imply I lied about the broken AC when a maintenance manager told me that was the situation on the phone. I had neighbors who smoked cigarettes every day and pou... read more
Just so you know sometimes the autopay fails, they don't send you a notification about it, and then they charge you a $100 late fee that cannot be waived.
Wonderful experience. Nice and calm complex. Staff is helpful. It makes for a great spot for all ages and activities in the building are all ages friendly!
