Friendly maintenance people the pool and gym are always clean nice place for kids to play outside with others.

the staff is friendly but does not respond in a timely manner especially when it's time to give your 60 day notice that you're leaving when your lease is up. 😡

I did give a 60 day notice in March. Manager claims I never sent one. Now wants to send my account to collections without giving me a chance to set up a payment plan.

Well, I’ve been here about 3months. So far I’ve been racially discriminated against by the night time security guard, had a management enter my resident without consent or notice which is unlawful entry, 1 pool has been closed for over a month because it’s not up to code per the city of Houston, my friend had his vehicle illegally towed, so far I’m having so many issues here I’m not sure it’s worth staying the duration of my lease for simple safety reasons.
Love living here, 2 nice pools and work out center
