The place looks really nice. And that is where it ends. I almost chose to reside here. Because the application fee was money tossed away, I did a little investigating before I did anything at all. What I learned: the laundry rooms provided rarely work, some units do have black mold, they paint over the porcelain tub which is peeling off, cracks in the dry wall upon moving in, outside is not the cleanest and has an unpleasant odor (in the winter!)....
