Best waffles ever!!! We were so excited to finally find a gluten free waffle truck in Austin. Our goal is to try every waffle and then repeat! Counting the days until Enchanted Waffle is back in action. These are the jalapeño cheese cornbread and johnny appleseed waffles 🤤
Miguel and his waffles are a blessing to us all! I stopped in just before closing and he was more than happy serve me, walked me through the menu, and made great recommendations. I loved the two waffles I had, apple and jalapeno cornbread. He's doing great things, serving great food, and with a purpose.
The curry waffle is amazing - I never would have thought to combine tahini and maple syrup, but it was the perfect sweet and savory topping. The blue lemonade was delicious and beautiful. And the owner could not have been friendlier.
Me and my daughter love this place so much would recommend! People are so nice and food is amazing!
One of the best waffles I've ever had! This place is a must if you love waffles, even if you're not vegan or vegetarian. The owner really cares about sourcing his ingredients from quality farms and it shows with every bite. I'll definitely be back!
