Highly recommended for friendly, exceptional customer service and beautiful flowers. It was the evening before Thanksgiving, and I was upset to find out that a national (800-number) florist service couldn’t deliver a birthday-holiday bouquet that I had ordered earlier that day. Janet, I just wanted to leave a comment here to let you know how pleased Cortney and I were with the flowers for the wedding. You were so great to work with us to meet the budget we had in mind, but the arrangements and bouquets looked like we had spent so much more! Janet was excellent to work with for my Big Day! She listened to what I was thinking and very quickly laid out some ideas within several budgets. She also asked about other aspects of the ceremony to make sure that her work would match, and when we discussed the bows we were planning, gave us a quick demonstration of the best way to make them! Enchanted just did our second daughter's wedding. Janet was right, those Hot Princess roses were indeed glorious and the perfect color to complement the green hydrangea. What I also appreciated was only having to show up and enjoy our guests. She & her staff handled all the work of setting it all up, pinnin on the corsages and dealing with the clean up after the wedding. What a pleasant wedding.
