I was charged the full price for a therapy session even though it was cut short due to the therapist being sick. The company’s policy is that any session over 15 minutes is billed at the full rate, and I had to push for a partial refund. The situation was handled extremely poor and felt unfair. How did the patient get punish for someone else’s faults? I would not recommend this practice.
I've been working with Nayona for about 2 months and she is amazing! I have worked with the company for a few years and everyone has always been super helpful. I can say that Nayona is super helpful and has actually changed my entire life within the time I have been working with her. She is understanding and actually helps me find solutions to my issues. I would recommend this company to anyone.
