I’ve been seeing Lucy for almost two years now and would not go anywhere else. She is an expert at what she does, I always leave feeling so happy with how my hair looks and how healthy it is. I love that Lucy gives honest advice, high end service, luxurious pampering, BUT is still so friendly and down to earth that I can actually be myself in her chair!

Lucy was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to my partner , Lucy did not achieve colour results and when the appointment was over Lucy then sent a huge message informing my partner that she refuses to fix the colour after turning my partners blonde orange/yellow. She stated that in her policy it states that colour results may not be” achieved “ that is no excuse after turning someone’s hair orange/yellow and not achieving the clients results. I couldn't recommend this salon enough for my curly gals!!! When I first met Lucy, she truly cared about curly hair maintenance and taught me so much that I didn't know, which surprised me! She has gone out of her way to teach herself tips and tricks that other salons lacked in. She has an amazing bubbly personality that matches her relaxing space and effortless demeanor Xxx
