Was a good place to live until Joanna left. This new lady amanda does nothing. Office says hours are 8-5 but she's in the office with the door closed at 4 and won't let you in to pay rent. Use to be armed security guards that patrol day and night. They even walked through the buildings to do checks. Now there's fighting in the parking lot, fighting in the hallway etc. Neighbors are loud. You make a complaint and nothing is done. I don't think they even screen people when they move in anymore.
