These apartments have bed bugs and everything is falling apart. Rather than treating the building they make you sign a bed bug addendum so they aren't responsible for damage. They say it's a risk that you take with old buildings. Such BS, I've lived in old buildings before. Spent over 4k tossing out new furniture and moving. STAY AWAY!

Do not move here. The management company is awful. They care more about turning over apartments than repairing things. The after hour emergency number never works. Can not wait to move from the Emerson Apartments in Tacoma Our bathroom was leaking for the 6th time this year from the ceiling. Today we get up and no hot water because they decided to replace the water heater in the building with no notice to the tenants. We get home tonight and the hot water is still not on.
