I absolutely LOVE living at The Embassy! The office staff here is ALWAYS friendly and willing to exhaust all options to resolve a problem or concern I'm facing. I was only expecting to live here for one year, but quickly resigned my lease for a second year, because no other high-rise in the area is able to provide a spacious studio for a comparable price!! We rent a parking spot that they recently have (2 month) started to manage and they have not been very acceptable to work with. They have been rude and disrespectful. All that was being asked of was that they promptly call the towing company to have the illegal parked to be removed. They informed me that they were just to busy to do their job. Me and my partner just moved out, and golly are we glad! Other than the apartment being nice itself, the company is such a pain in the butt to work with (if one can even try to work with them). First of all, the maintenance takes forever. To have anything fixed we would have to call Paula, the landlady, to submit our request. Almost all the time she is defensive as if she's taking it personally when quite frankly she should not be. We're talking about business here, so it would have been helpful if she was cooperative.
