Absolutely loved living here! Quiet community in a great and convenient location. Multiple grocery stores and tons of restaurants within 5 minutes (with a nice shopping center literally across the street). The ladies that work in the front office are all wonderful and very helpful. If I hadn't purchased my new home, I would've definitely stayed longer than the 2 years that I did at The Elms at Centreville.
We were extremely happy living here over the past 5 years. Only moved out because our family outgrew the space! Staff is wonderful. Maintenance is timely and on top of things. No pests. Property and grounds improvements are a priority, which is a very good thing. We always felt safe.
Very safe and quiet community. Maintenance staff is amazing; always respectable, fast and professional. Leasing office staff are always warm welcoming and knowledgeable. They have so many social gatherings in an effort to bring the community together. I would definitely recommend The Elms at Centreville to others.
Best place to live ever! This is my first big girl apartment (lived with my parents before this) and the people here are amazing. The leasing office is always so helpful and willing to work with you. If you need maintenance they send you updates via email or even call you. Had one of the kind ladies in the office (Casey) offer to take my pup on a walk because neither myself or my other half could be there while they were fixing my door.
