In what world is this considered a luxury apartment? Also, I love this neighborhood, but if you pay that much rent to live here, you’ve been scammed. You can live down the street at a cleaner apartment with better appliances for $1000+ less. If this building’s management is going to ruin the affordability of the neighborhood, they should at least give you access to the amenities. There are a bunch of store fronts downstairs and most of them are empty and have been for the past 4 years which makes the building look like a mal... read more
