After living that appt for two years, the doorman had two people who were very good. He always greeted you warmly and tried his best to help you. Others were unfriendly, and even hinted at if you want them help, you need give tip. It can only be said that the poor management of the apartment was also caused by this small number of employees. Lived here for 2 years. Very good soundproofing between rooms and thus very quiet at night. The door is not well soundproof so you can hear talking from corridor but that's not often. The management is very responsive for whatever I report. Facilities are good enough. If I have a chance back in NYC I will live here again.
Disgusted property management team. High rent with poor facilities that even won’t allow tenants to use.
Really Bad experience! The management cheated me to deduct my security deposit. And they asked my friend to rent other units not my current unit for their profit. And told me my friend never contacted with them.
I’ve been living here for the past four years and it has been great! it is very close to the subway. it has grocery stores nearby. staff is good. no complaints
