Honestly, this place deserves an applause for its negligence. It’s very common for Millennials to move around every year and this is the first apartment I’ve lived at that didn’t repair and replace basic needs in apartments. Anytime I put a work order in I literally have to take a bullet for it. I haven’t even lived here for six months and they’re telling me I have to replace my water filter in their refrigerator??
