The Ellis is truly a one of a kind place. The environment and staff are extremely friendly. Veronica worked very hard with my schedule to help me move in after my military travel. Truly a great employee and hard worker. Highly recommend place to live.
I've lived in several apartment complexes in various cities, and the Ellis has been BY FAR the best experience ive had. I relocated to Savannah for work without having ever visited before. I was searching for a nice apartment fit for hosting guests and meeting new people, but one of my biggest concerns was choosing a place with young professionals. The Ellis has great amenities and the customer service is excellent. Beautiful apartments! Ladies in the office are very helpful.
For anyone interested in leasing at the Ellis.. something that is NOT communicated when reserving the apartment is that your security deposit, administration fee, application fee, (and all the other multiple hidden fees due up front before even signing the lease) are NON-REFUNDABLE after 48 hours of reserving your apartment. This was NEVER communicated to me (neither verbally or in writing) when applying for the apartment.
