I’ve never lived here however I am in the neighborhood that walk my dog regularly through the buildings there’s other dogs that live there which is nice however, I do notice that a lot of the tenants seem to not care about their dogs leash’s and poops (which can only be the apartment manager’s responsibility to a degree) which is sad to see but also the main reason for my posting is the sheer amount of garbage that is just around the apartment complexes We see their maintenance people driving around in their golf carts and u... read more
Management and nothing when I was harassed by my upstairs neighbor for 2 years. Constant weird homeless camps building up people constantly working on their cars on the side of the street. The cheapest of the cheap used for maintenance and they almost never clean up especially when they're using contractors. Also beware of incorrect or semi illegal 24-hour notices I had an instance where they came into my house after giving me one that was not legal. Also they do not let the other residents know when they are bug bombing apa... read more
